De Lauwersmeer is a cozy holiday home with 5 bedrooms. Its layout makes it very suitable for families. Downstairs you can eat together in the spacious kitchen diner around the large table. The kitchen is also located here. The smart TV hangs in the cozy living room with a leather corner sofa. Through the French doors you step onto the large terrace with a view of the east and the water, the "Pieterbuurster Maar", in the morning you can have a delicious breakfast in the sun (when it shines..!)

Layout rooms: Downstairs are a bathroom with toilet, a separate shower and a separate toilet and one of the 5 bedrooms. Ideal for the grandparents. There are two stairs that lead to the flour loft of the former bread factory. The stairs have a stair gate. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms at each staircase under the sloping roof. For example, at each staircase, one family can sleep upstairs in a parent's room and a children's room. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 4 bedrooms have a total of 9 single beds and all beds are made. All bedrooms have a sink with hot and cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and filter coffee maker. A camping cot and high chair can be rented on request. Is the house too small? Then you can rent the adjacent Winsum and you have another 4 sleeping places.
